Description

Duties/responsibilities will include

• Plan and maintain production

• Coordinate and monitor despatch requirements

• Assisting with inventory and execution of planned work

• Meeting timely deadlines

• Liase with customers, clients and suppliers

• Resolving customer concerns and offering solutions for positive outcomes

• Building and strengthening, ongoing relationships with customers and suppliers

• Data entry processing

• Adhere to OHS and WHS compliance and procedures

Profile

A successful candidate will posses

strong organisational and planning skills to be able to understand requirements of building loads and product knowledge to forecast for future and current orders and deliveries.

High level of numeric skills is required to be able to understand and process requirements for shipments and orders; specifically to consolidate volume loads.

The individual should be comfortable to use extensive communication skills to ensure the efficient delivery of the products, to both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in computer systems specifically; Previous experience in this field is required. Individuals who have background in the construction or building industry will be considered advantageous.

Ability to understand, interpret and analyse production plans and building diagrams is critical for this role.
