To be successful for this role, you must have the following skill sets:

  • Processing telephone orders
  • Investigating account enquiries and processing payments
  • Tracking deliveries and updating the customer
  • Experience in a fast paced call centre environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to trouble-shoot with customers
  • A friendly and helpful nature with a good sense of humour
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism under pressure

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a high volume customer service role
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Friendly and team oriented nature
