Our client is a family owned and managed extremely professional, high quality dryland cropping aggregation located on the Darling Downs, Queensland. A position is now available for a Tractor Driver on their Dulacca property. The position ideally suits someone with good farming knowledge; able to set up, operate and maintain large modern farming machinery whilst competently performing all broadacre operations unsupervised. The successful candidate must be a team player, have a great attitude, be energetic and driven.

Position Requirements:

- Demonstrated current experience in all aspects of broadacre crop production
- Ability to show initiative
- Highly developed communication and organisation skills
- Sound welding and mechanical knowledge 
- Proven longevity of employment

The day to day role will include, but not limited to:

- Operation of late model machinery including John Deere tractors, headers, spray rig, Flexi-Coil air seeder and Kenworth trucks
- Operation of earthmoving equipment including dozer
- Servicing and maintenance of farm plant and equipment
- General farm duties as required 
- Report directly to owner
